World of Warcraft players looking to get Fyr’alath, the Dreamrender–Dragonflight’s new Legendary weapon–can have multiple copies of the item drop at the same time. While the exact metrics on how the new World of Warcraft Legendary weapon’s bad luck protection works, it seems to be exceptionally effective for these lucky players.

Fyr’alath, the Dream Render, is a Legendary two-handed axe Fyrakk used to breach the Emerald Dream during a recent World of Warcraft cinematic. He wields this powerful weapon during his boss fight, after which lucky Death Knights, Paladins, and Warriors have a chance to loot it.

PSA: World of Warcraft Discontinuing Old Authenticator App Soon

The old World of Warcraft Authenticator app is being discontinued soon, so players that are still using it should take these steps to avoid issues.

However, it seems like luck may not be as limiting of a factor for obtaining Fyr’alath. Warcraft Secrets, a popular WoW treasure and achievement hunting site, recently shared an image on its Twitter showing four players looting Fyr’alath at the same time. According to the raiders, these players had gathered various numbers of Embers of Fyrakk–the bad luck protection items for the new World of Warcraft Legendary–leading to four copies of the axe dropping for them after clearing the raid on the Heroic difficulty.

Multiple WoW Players Can Get Fyr’alath on Each Fyrakk Kill

Other players commented on the Warcraft Secrets post, corroborating the claim with their own images showing multiple Fyr’alath drops at once. At least two other players said three copies of Fyrakk’s weapon in World of Warcraft dropped for them in the Heroic raid, proving the multiple Legendary drops were not just a fluke. So far, no players have come forth with more than four weapons dropping at once, but there is probably no limit as to how many eligible characters could get it in a single boss kill.

After Embers of Fyrakk started dropping for World of Warcraft players after the first fan claimed the weapon for themself, players were skeptical about whether the bad luck protection was actually working. However, now that players have had the chance to collect multiple Embers, and several teams have reported multi-drops of the Legendary weapon, it is safe to say the system is working as intended. Players hoping to get this powerful item should keep trying to defeat the boss, collect Embers of Fyrakk, and let the bad luck protection run its course for them as well.

Unfortunately, players still looking to get Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy–the Dracthyr Evoker Legendary weapon from World of Warcraft’s previous raid–may still have a long road ahead of them. While the drop has its own bad luck protection, it doesn’t seem to be nearly as effective as Fyr’alath’s. Luckily, players will be going back to Aberrus during Season 4 of Dragonflight, so they may have an easier chance of getting the weapon again soon.
